Ramona Fleming

Hello... My name is Ramona
Born in San Antonio into an Air Force Family, I was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii at Hickam Air Force Base (Pearl Harbor). From Hickam, the family returned to settle in San Antonio. I was off to college with an interest in medical wellness. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at St. Philips College in 1995.
After college, I worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at several San Antonio hospitals in the Neo Natal and Pediatric intensive care units and Mother/Baby Pre and Post units. This was a great opportunity to work alongside Bone, Surgical, Cardiothoracic, Neurological, and Vascular/Circulation professionals. I attended classes and programs to deepen my understanding of how our bodies work, and how we can keep our bodies as mobile and healthy as possible.
I then branched into the Spa World which I loved. I performed scrubs, wraps, and treatments to deliver 360 degrees of total pampering to provide extreme relaxation and renewal. My focus was to help clients achieve that extreme relaxation with decreased pain. That requires peeling away the layers of our day to day wear and tear that we put our bodies through.
One of my favorite massage techniques is myofascial trigger point release. I massage the fascia tissue layers to break down adhesions by softening and realigning so that muscles can move easier and more effectively to increase mobility and overall health.
As mobile Massage Therapists, we not only love our work, but we go that extra mile to educate ourselves so we can take special care of our clients. We travel to your home so that you can have maximum relaxation and comfort. My goal is to keep you mobile, pain free, relaxed, and ready to enjoy life. I am blessed to be a part of the process!
